I wanted to report that an illegal alien has broken into the White House. His legal name is Barry Soetoro, but presently goes by the name of BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA.

Soetoro has forged two Hawaiian birth records to steal U.S. citizenship. Both were photoshopped by computer amateurs. The last bogus birth certificate had 14 layers of pure garbage.

There is a Kenyan Birth Certificate that looks 100% more authentic. The entire World Government has refused to consider this single sheet of paper. Yet all world governments embrace the trash that Soetoro waved at the TV cameras on April 27, 2011.

Soetoro has used a dozen or so stolen Social Security numbers. SS# 042-68-4425 is the one floating around on the Internet the most. GOOGLE it if you don't believe me!

Soetoro has a forged Selective Service card. It has been photoshopped and illegally used as an official document. GOOGLE THAT TOO!

Soetoro has used the name HARRISON J BOUNELL to defraud the taxpayers of loan money from Fannie Mae. Even if this is just an internet "conspiracy" don't you think it MUST be checked out too?

I know the FBI will not consider this report to have any merit. But I want to go on written record that another "CONCERNED CITIZEN" reported all of the crimes above to you. AND YOU FAILED TO RESPOND!

We should demand the ARREST

Jerome Corsi just released his new book, “Where’s the Birth Certificate: The Case that Barack Obama is not Eligible to be President.” Comments concerning it have gone viral over the internet. Of course, there has been much discussion about the bogus Certificate of Live Birth (CLB) that Soetoro scammed America with. I have done a little investigation myself, and find the following…

First of all, I want to remind the reader of Soetoro’s words on 4-27-11 (just last month). Here is a partial quote of those words right out of his mouth. Please note this is directly from his White House press briefing:

On that same day…the CLB that he was so proudly waving in front of the TV camera’s proved to be a fake and bogus…14 layers of computer Photoshopped garbage! Soetoro claimed he had “every official in Hawaii” working on “this” (did he mean the bogus CLB? I think he did! I think he had EVERY OFFICIAL IN HAWAII WORKING ON THE BOGUS CLB!)

I, for one, care not a tiddle what other “official or officials” that INVESTIGATED and CONFIRMED the birth record that Soetoro speaks of. Personally, my total focus is on ONE MAN and that one man supposedly CERTIFIED that the copy of certificate of live birth that Soetoro was waving in our face that night.

Every person in America must have seen the signature and stamp of “The Hawaii State Registrar” that certified Soetoro’s Certificate of Live Birth (CLB) by now. And that criminal is Alvin T. Onaka, Ph. D.

His stamp that says: “I CERTIFY THIS IS A TRUE COPY OR ABSTRACT OF TXE (sic) RECORD ON FILE IN THE HAWAII STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Alvin T. Onaka, Ph. D.

(Note misspelling of the word “the” on the rubber stamp.)

And this signature almost looks like the same signature stamp (?) of the 2007 con-job:

The internet claims that Soetoro’s personal Washington, D.C. shyster lawyer personally traveled to Hawaii and hand carried the CLB back to the White House. The hack’s name is Judith Corley, who is a partner in the firm’s political law practice. This attorney works for Perkins Coie. Please remember that Perkins Coie is the same attorney that was knee deep in almost every case that has been filed against Soetoro for being an illegal alien and POTUS.

So Judith Corley, who was working on the payroll of Soetoro, goes to Hawaii and brings back a forged and fraudulent CLB. Corley’s name, Soetoro’s name, nor Perkins Coie’s name is not on the document (that Soetoro claims is THE REAL CLB), but as you can see, Alvin T. Onaka, Ph. D. is clearly the one that is being hung out to dry!

But what the heck! No one is going after Onaka! Twice he has “certified” bogus trash! In 2 ½ years, Onaka has NEVER denied it was his signature nor has he denied the Certification of Live Birth that Robert Gibbs, Chris Mathews, Bill O’Reilly, and all of the rest of the anti-birthers claimed was REAL!

But not this time Mr. Onaka! You’re going down! Twice you have certified the cesspool bilge! You are scum and YOU ARE IN ON IT! The “Chain of Evidence” starts with YOU and your name is on the document. You signed it, Soetoro says you signed it, Coie says you signed it, Corley says you signed it…YOUR HEAD IS IN THE NOOSE! We’ll start with YOU and then work our way UP THE CHAIN and DOWN YOUR CHAIN! It ain’t going away any time soon! You might as well come clean now…or face the consequences!

There are two more observations that I have made…

Here is the signature block for the Nordyke twin’s 1961 CLB. You will notice that the “signature of Local Registrar” has the word DEPUTY stamped in the box.

If you look at Soetoro’s bogus CLB it does not have the stamp “DEPUTY”

The name above is NOT the signature of the 1961 Hawaii Department of Health Director. So it had to have been merely a DEPUTY authorized to sign the CLBs. But where is the DEPUTY stamp?

Since the Nordyke’s doctor and the Registrar did not sign the CLB until three days later and ELEVEN births AFTER the Nordyke’s birth the numbering cannot be possible! PERIOD!

Between Dr. Corsi's book slamming Mr. Soetoro in the face this week, and this news of Trump re-entering the fray, this must NOT be a good week for the Soetoro family. It is too bad both Michelle and Barry had their law licenses revoked. Who is going to defend them when the jackals come snapping?

At least Hillary Clinton might get her Arkansas law license back if she can escape the law men before they haul her off as well. I understand many of the thugs in Congress are lawyer-hacks so they can all defend themselves. And I suppose the Supreme Court Justices can act as shysters for themselves when they are arrested? Do they still have licenses to practice law...they all are going to need a good lawyer!

Is anyone else out there watching all of this unfold like I am? Ain't it sweet?

Criminal charges will be filed against Soetoro on May 25th! Donald Trump may be in on the Fraud?

Jerome Corsi and Alex Jones really blew my mind today.

They imply that Kenyan born Soetoro (aka BHO) may soon be in chains and imprisoned for a vast array of felonies and treasonous behaviors. Criminal charges will be filed against Soetoro TOMORROW with the FBI. According to Corsi certain agents in the FBI seem to be waiting for the charges and seem to be willing to immediately act on the charges once they get them.

Corsi, a WND investigative reporter, has released his new book and the book has sent shockwaves throughout the world. He says criminal charges will be filed with the FBI tomorrow (May 25th.) He also announced a subpoena has been issued to the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health to account for the fraudulent birth certificate that she certified for the White House.

Corsi reported in this interview with Alex Jones that Corsi learned that in 2004 George Bush had done some investigation regarding the then US Senator Barack Obama. Bush had the US Ambassador to Kenya check into the birth of Soetoro in Kenya. There had been questions of whether or not Obama was born in Kenya and that he may not even a US Citizen (yet a US Senator.) However, a Kenyan official reported that the Kenyan birth certificates for the date of Soetoro's birth had been stolen and criminally removed. Bush kept mum about the matter and would not speak out about the administration's suspicions. Corsi is almost 100% convinced that Soetoro was born in Kenya! Which makes Soetoro an illegal alien... and not even a US Citizen!

Corsi’s book is entitled "Where's the Birth Certificate? The Case That Barack Obama is Not Eligible to be President." Alex Jones told Corsi that this book may cause Corsi to be assassinated by the White House.

In another interview (May 20th) with Alex Jones, Corsi stated that originally it was Stanley Ann Dunham's dream was to go to Kenya and become the wife of the President of Kenya (She would help make Obama Sr PRESIDENT.) Soetoro: Citizen of the World! Not of America!

Soetoro and his court jesters visited Ireland this week to “find Soetoro’s Irish roots.” This is almost gibberish because Soetoro’s primary ENGLISH ROOTS have already been established, and he merely was there in Ireland to see if he could tie in better with his beloved British WORLD CITIZENSHIP.

It has been well established that Soetoro has NO AMERICAN Citizenship! His mother was under the age of 19 at Soetoro’s birth in Kenya, which means she could not transfer American citizenship to her illegitimate child. Since Obama Senior was an adult, and Stanley Ann was not an adult, the baby was completely a Foreign national. Soetoro was born BRITISH not American!

So Soetoro was merely returning to his father's British homeland this week and Soetoro is a citizen of "that country" and as of yet, it has not been proven that he holds any citizenship in the United States.

Since most Americans have a boob-tube-watching mentality, here is the important facts of why Soetoro is NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN/AMERICAN!

Under Sec. 301 (a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, the act in effect at the time of Soetoro's birth, the following were defined as “nationals” and “citizens” of the United States at birth:

The 1952 immigration law merely mirrors what the 14th Amendment says. The real question was whether or not Soetoro (aka BHO) was indeed under the jurisdiction of the US since his birth father was a British subject. Since 1952 there was no DUAL CITIZENSHIP between America and Britain. And in 1961 Soetoro was a full fledge British subject…no if, ands or buts. PERIOD!

But still there could be a tiny chance that Soetoro’s mother was under the jurisdiction of the US. I would like to see the Federal Income tax returns and any Hawaii State Taxes that she filed from 1961 until her death in 1995. I would be surprised to learn that she paid a penny in US Taxes…which would indeed show whether or not she was indeed UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE UNITED STATES and lived like a true citizen.

I have no disagreement that Soetoro would merely need to prove that he was born in Hawaii in 1961 to qualify for American citizenship…IF his mother was American AND PAID STATE AND FEDERAL TAXES even though his birth father was an ALIEN. SHOW ME SHE PAID US TAXES!

There seems to be a desire of many of us “birthers” to site Section 7 of this law to prove that Soetoro is not a citizen because his mother was not 19 but only 18. The 1952 law states:

This section comes into play only because Soetoro was indeed born in Kenya. And since he was born in Kenya this section would become applicable. He would indeed have been born “outside the geographical limits of the United States.” Because it is a fact that Stanley was only 18 at Soetoro’s birth, and therefore she could not pass on American citizenship…according to the immigration law of 1952!

But if Soetoro was born in Hawaii, he would need proof positive that he was born in Hawaii and NOT Kenya. However, the two bogus birth certifications that he has produced to date does not bode well for him. It looks like there is no reliable paper trail for him inside America. Instead, he is merely a British subject and an illegal alien.

Now as a British subject, Soetoro can/could walk into any European country and demand health care, work, social goodies and voting rights. Because within the European Union, if you are a citizen of one country, you are a citizen of all. The European Union has adopted the Marxist plan that all workers within the Union give that “worker” full voting rights, anytime, anywhere. So about the only truth he has spoken in the last three years…is that he is a citizen OF THE WORLD.

Here are the 27 European Union Countries he is considered a citizen of:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Soetoro would merely have to declare that Obama Senior was his daddy and Soetoro would be then be entitled to all citizenship rights of the European Union.

Are you ready yet to declare your Independence?

A couple of weeks ago, Canada Free Press published an article by Retired Colonel and Doctor Lawrence Sellin. The article was entitled, Obama’s ineligibility: May the Constitution rest in peace.

It was one of Sellin’s more hard-hitting pieces. In it, Sellin observed that, “US Government, reeks of corruption - - The junta, formerly known as the US Government, reeks of corruption.”

“Thanks to the malfeasance or political cowardice of the Republican and Democratic Parties, we now have an ineligible individual, Barack Hussein Obama, occupying the White House.”

And Sellin ends his article by stating, “Every law and every executive order Obama has signed and every appointment he has made is null and void.”

“The rule of law may be permanently undermined.”

“One can only conclude that our political leadership were co-conspirators or dupes in the most infamous scam every perpetrated on the American people.”

Dr./Colonel Sellin I challenge you! Your articles are great, but lack any plan of action. I challenge you to give Soetoro and his corrupt supporters until July 4th, 2011 to answer the crimes we are charging them with. This coming July 4th will be our DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE from this criminal called Soetoro. His ineligibility has caused a Constitutional crises that can NEVER be remedied.

I challenge you to use JULY 4TH (next)to be the day we cast out the corrupt Supreme Court, the corrupt Congress and especially the CORRUPT AND ILLEGAL AND INELIGIBLE POTUS and CINC. We will demand that ALL OF THESE THUGS step down and all face criminal charges for their part in the deception of the American people. Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Barney Franks to name just a few. There are two Supreme Court justices that prove of the corruption of the Supreme Court. One of these so-called Supreme Court Justices was one of the hack lawyers that was involved in the false birth records of Soetoro. Kagan must be deemed as a traitor of the highest degree.

July 4th is about 40 days away. Why don't you be our RICK WARREN and make this our 40 DAYS OF PURPOSE? Else, let us cease using all of these cyber bytes and wasting so much time on our email accounts. It merely shows that we refuse to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, and are merely whiners and complainers...but are afraid to enter the fight for real. What say you? Of course, I do not believe a single American is going to do a thing on the 4th of July except eat hot dogs and potato salad. There is not a doubt in my mind that Soetoro and the crooks and thugs in Congress and the Supreme Court are going to continue to get away with the evil that they have conspired to commit on the American People.

4TH-OF-JULY-MY-BEHIND! I really wonder if there still is any true desire for independence, freedom or liberty cherished by any community in America. Instead, 99% of all Americans huddle around their televisions, seeking escape from participation in political affairs by hypnotizing themselves in front of their boob tube (watching Dancing with the Stars, etc.) and display nothing outwardly except apathy towards what is happening to their dying and enslaved nation.

We have an illegal alien (BHO) that refused to go before a judge and PROVE BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT that he is indeed a full fledged American citizen. It is my opinion that this illegal alien must stop refusing to answer our questions of his citizenship. He must answer why there are statements that he is an INDONESIAN citizen as shown on his elementary school records. And this man called Soetoro, must then prove that he did NOT travel in 1981 to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport. And this Soetoro has failed month after month, year after year to prove he is a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

I, for one, am no longer willing to wait any longer. I am demanding that Soetoro step down as POTUS and CinC and remove himself from office. He is to PROVE his citizenship immediately, else face the consequences.

WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES?

The US Constitution gives clear remedy of Constitutional breaches by the Federal Government. In Madison’s Federalist Papers (46) he stated that STATE MILITIAS would protect our land from evil de facto governments. He said, “Let a regular army, fully equal to the resources of the country, be formed; and let it be entirely at the devotion of the federal government; still it would not be going too far to say, that the State governments, with the people on their side, would be able to repel the danger. The highest number to which, according to the best computation, a standing army can be carried in any country, does not exceed one hundredth part of the whole number of souls; or one twenty-fifth part of the number able to bear arms.”

“This proportion would not yield, in the United States, an army of more than twenty-five or thirty thousand men. To these would be opposed a militia amounting to near half a million of citizens with arms in their hands, officered by men chosen from among themselves, fighting for their common liberties, and united and conducted by governments possessing their affections and confidence.“

“It may well be doubted, whether a militia thus circumstanced could ever be conquered by such a proportion of regular troops.”

This, of course, is not factual in today’s environment. The citizens of America have been disarmed, and the States have been neutered. There can be no resistance to the tyrannical Federal Government. Or can there be?

Cannot the American people re-arm themselves and begin to resist the Federal thugs who daily take away our liberties and freedoms? Do we "The People" have the “will” to resist? I think not, but I hope we do. I vow to rally all Americans to once again proclaim our freedom on this upcoming 4th of July! With one voice we must tell the Federal Government to back OFF else suffer the consequences!

You last saw me on thenorcalpaper.com. I have switched to this new BLOG format to allow the Publisher and owner of thenorcalpaper.com to do his own thing...and I do mine.

My goal is to be able to build the circulation of this blog up enough so that my political party, the American Independent Party will no longer be discriminated against and driven from being part of the political scene as they have for more than 60 years now. For too long now, the two BIG-BUCK parties have stifled the growth of third parties, and have done all they could to make sure third parties do not grow and prosper.

I am convinced that our nation will no longer exist after the election of Nov 6th of 2012. There will be a civil war between the Democrats (Socialists) and the (Socialist-lites) Republicans. Soetoro (aka BHO) will steal the election again for his second term. And since over 1/3 of all Americans do not believe Soetoro is qualified to run for office, a great civil war will begin.

The reason that Soetoro will win the 2012 election, is that there will be several terrorist attacks within several American cities. Citizens will fear for their own safety because of these terrorist attacks and will re-elect Soetoro instead the wishy-washy GOP female (Michele Bachmann) that will soon be the current leading the Republican Party candidate.

More and more deceit will be learned about the actions of Soetoro in the Osama bin Laden matter. And it will surface and a World War III like conflict will commence. Israel will be nearly destroyed, as will be England and other NATO allies. China, Korea, Cuba and Russia will quickly turn on us and attack us like a pack of dogs.

So there is a lot to talk/write about.

You do not believe it is this dire? Well, all I can say is BELIEVE IT! It is coming and it is happening. I urge everyone wake up and prepare!
